Feasibility Study and Concept Development
In this stage we will get a feel for the project and what is required. Set specific goals and objectives. We will develop initial routing plans and an estimated course construction budget.
Objectives:
- Site visit and feasibility study
- Initial budget analysis
- Develop concept plans and routing alternatives
- Choose and develop a final routing plan
- Analyze budget based on final routing and concept plan
- Meet with local land planners and auhorities to initiate ideal master plan
- Development of conceptual grading and grassing plans
